CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy is provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services and Products. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Website. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Website.

Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for Products on the Website. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel an order, in whole or in part, at any time prior to shipment of the Product. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request via email, we will initiate a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy within 7-10 business days. 

Returns Policy

1. Subject to the terms of this Policy, all sales are eligible for return as per the terms mentioned below:

• • you have received a damaged Product; 
  • both the Product and shipping package have been damaged; 

  • the Product has manufacturing defects; 

  • parts of the Products or accessories are missing;

  • the Product delivered is different from what was ordered 

You must initiate such requests within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the Product (“Return Period”). Any return requests made after the Return Period shall not be valid. 

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the Product must: 

• • be unused, unworn, and in original condition;
  • have all tags, barcodes, and original packaging intact;

  • include all accessories and be returned as a complete set (if applicable);

  • not be altered, tampered with, or damaged; and

  • match our records (including serial number/barcode).

3.   We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. All return requests are subject to verification by us. We may request supporting evidence, including images. Based on our assessment, we may accept or reject the return request at our sole discretion.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• • the Product belongs to a non-returnable category;

  • the return request is made after the Return Period; or

  • the Product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, modification, or normal wear and tear.

5. Returns are facilitated through our reverse logistics partners. Upon acceptance of a return request, our partners will arrange for pickup of the Product. 

6. Minor variations in colour due to screen settings or display differences may not qualify as defects and may not be eligible for return. 

7. Only one return request is permitted per order.

8. Returns are available only for Products delivered within India. 

Refund Policy

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), no cash or prepaid refunds will be provided. Upon successful return of the Product and completion of quality check at our warehouse, the refund will be issued in the form of store credits to your account. These store credits may be used for future purchases on the Website only, including on discounted Products, and shall have no expiry or validity period. This store credit cannot be availed at the offline stores of Being Human Clothing. 

2. Prepaid Orders: For orders placed using prepaid payment methods (including credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking or other electronic modes), refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Such refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of successful return and completion of quality check at our warehouse.

3. All refunds are subject to the returned Product being received and verified by us in accordance with this Policy.
