Four Aces Fashion House Pvt. Ltd ("we", "us" or “our”) is managing and operating the website https://www.beinghumanclothing.com  (“Website”) through which we inter alia facilitate the sale of casualwear clothing for men and women and other related products and accessories (“Products”) to the users of the Website (“User”, “Users”, “you” or “your”). This shipping and delivery policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions sets out our policy towards delivery and shipping of products purchased on the Website.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts of all Products available on our Website. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will cancel your order and issue the due refund basis your mode of payment.  

We aim to provide the best customer experience for you in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from our Website. We will make commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.

By agreeing to use the Website and/ or placing an order through this Website you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. This Policy is provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services and Products. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Website. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Website.

Free Shipping on all Products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer any delivery or shipping outside the territory of India.

ORDER & DELIVERY

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order confirmation date. However, in some cases, it may take up to 21 working days to ship the order as we may have to source your Product from some other stores or warehouse. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order completely within the stipulated time or there are any delays (including due to any force majeure events), we will mark your order as cancelled. During sale and peak periods orders may take longer to process. The timelines should therefore only be used as indicative. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message with a tracking number from our logistics partner which you can use to track your order on the website. . 

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you. Please note that we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number. If we are unable to reach you after the first attempt and one additional attempt on the next working day, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund as per our refund policy. 

Deliveries will take place only on working days i.e. between Monday-Friday (except on national/public holidays). There may be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number.

Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier service company carrying your package is their responsibility. We will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays however, we cannot be held liable for such delays after we have dispatched the Product(s) from our end. Further, you agree and acknowledge that the actions/ inactions of delivery individuals/entities are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive/entity. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/ or the logistic partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by the delivery executives or the employees, agents, personnel of the logistic partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the logistic partner will have to be resolved by you independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.

Though we endeavour to ship and deliver our products at all locations in India, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. We or our logistic partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the Website in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall cancel your order or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including without limitation to, requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of Products being ordered in a single transaction). We may also have to cancel your order in case of any force majeure event. Our customer care team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions after you your order.

SHIPPING (IN CASE OF RETURNS)

Return of purchased Products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for return of Product on the Website and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns of purchased Products in accordance with our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
